Robert Licata
Founder, President & CEO
Bob Licata is the founder and President of LADD Security Management Consultants, Inc. Bob started LADD as a full service security company, offering uniformed and plain-clothes security officers for various commercial and residential properties.
In 2004, LADD expanded into the field of training and re-certifying Security Officers under the New Jersey Security Officers Training Act (SORA). Since that time, LADD has certified and re-certified thousands of SORA applicants though our 8-Hr & 24-Hour courses.
With the implementation of Janet’s Law, LADD expanded our training curriculum to include training in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillation (AED), as well as Basic First Aid (BLS) courses which are available individually, as well as in private group settings.

Bob Fulton is a certified New Jersey SORA Instructor since 2004. He has been teaching with LADD since 2020. A veteran law enforcement officer for over 38 years, Bob continues to be a New Jersey State Police Training Commission Instructor and continues to teach at a local county police academy.
In addition to being a certified SORA instructor, Bob is also a certified BLS provider/instructor, as well as a certified Firearms Instructor.
