PLEASE NOTE: Before registering for this course, the student must FIRST have submitted an online INITIAL application with the New Jersey State Police and met other criteria as specified under the SORA law. You are required to submit to us, the 6-DIGIT APPLICANT ID NUMBER that will be issued to you by the NJSP after you file your application with the NJSP. You CANNOT submit this registration without supplying this number!

Student Instructions:

You will need to do the following for this class:

  1. You need to REGISTER with the State Police, and pay a $75.00 application fee before you come to class.
  2. You will need the APPLICANT ID that they give you when you come in to register.
  3. You will need a valid photo ID.
  4. The cost of the SORA class is $99.00. You may pay for the class when you check-in on the first day, or you may pay in full online in advance.
  5. Only cash & credit card payments are accepted in class…no checks.
  6. Sorry, Plan “B” (First Aid/CPR) is not available for this class.  You can make a reservation for the next CPR/AED class on Saturday, May 16, 2026 @ 4:00 pm by following this link here (opens in new window)
