How to Submit an Online Class Photograph to us

PLEASE NOTE:
These instructions are for ONLINE STUDENTS ONLY!!
DO NOT SUBMIT A PHOTOGRAPH to us unless you are enrolled in an online class

Submitting an online photograph to us is easy. You simply need to follow the following guidelines in order to submit the proper identification photo to us to use with your training record:

ALL PHOTOGRAPHS MUST BE IN THE FOLLOWING FORMAT TO BE ACCEPTABLE:

  1. The photograph MUST be IN COLOR AND HAVE A PLAIN WHITE BACKGROUND (see example below)
  2. The photograph MUST be FULL SIZE (DO NOT CROP THE PHOTO OR CHANGE ITS SIZE).
  3. The photograph MUST CLEARLY SHOW YOUR FULL FACE (NO head coverings or glasses).
  4. You MUST be FACING FOWARD AND DIRECTLY AT THE CAMERA (NO side shots or head tilting)

PLEASE NOTE:

  • PHOTOGRAPHS WHICH DO NOT CONFORM TO THESE STANDARDS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED!
  • YOUR TRAINING RESULTS CANNOT BE UPLOADED TO THE NJSP UNTIL WE HAVE THE NECESSARY PHOTOGRAPH!
  • DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR PHOTOGRAPH UNTIL YOU ARE NOTIFIED TO DO SO, THANKS

In the SUBJECT LINE of the e-mail put your FULL NAME & your APPLICANT ID NUMBER
(ex.: SUBJECT: “Photo of John Jones – ID#123456”)
